Snow Snow Snow

Okay, so rarely does it ever snow in Arkansas, but the snow that is coming down now is practically unheard of....I have never seen it snow this hard for this long of time...it's so pretty outside.

Hear are some pictures of what i looked like this morning before the snow hit this afternoon...this is from the ice mess we got last night.

But, then around 2 or so it started to snow and this is what it looks like now.....

Snow makes everything so pretty.

Pirates...Arghh

So, school is now in full swing and things are moving at a pretty okay pace for me right now. We just knocked out our first group project for Lang/Lit in about an hour and half, which isn't half bad if i do say so myself...I am going to post all of the groups in Block 1's posters after my spill....Our's it the pirate one, hints the name of this entry. Well, that's about all for right now, schools pretty much taking up my life right now, besides work.

This is our reading poster!

Our group! Rachel, Molly, Harmony, Nichole, Me and Whitney

Sarah, Jacque, Allyson, Melissa, Katie, and Chelsea with their "Swingin Readers" poster!

"Flying Readers!"
Jessie and Whitney's group

"Glowing Readers"
Jordan, Jacqueline and Sydnee's group

"Undercover Readers"
Joy and Nikki's group

So, as you can see we did some pretty cool stuff, i think anyways. Wouldn't your kids be excited about reading if these posters where in their classroom? I think so! :)

We are having a team meeting Monday night for our relay for life team. I am really excited about this year, so many good things are happening we got out shirts DONATED i know right,..but we will actually make some profit from them this year instead of lose money like last year. I am excited about it....we are going to start working on some fundraisers, so it should be pretty eventful..

Untill next time....
Peace

Gotta go Back...

Spring semester starts tomorrow and I am not going to lie, I am not excited about it. This break didn't seem long enough,  but I guess breaks never do.  I guess I am going to spend my last day before returning to school watching movies and hanging out with the family.

Getting ready to start relay stuff. I am excited, last year we raised over 2500 dollars for the American Cancer Society through Relay for Life and we are hoping to better that this year. This years theme is Rockin for a Cure, idea taken from the popular video game Rockband. It should be good though. Amber and I are going to start planning fundraisers and things to get people involved and raise money for a wonderful cause.

Stay optamistic and enthusiastic....it's the only way to survive this rollercoaster called life.
